A cultural procession featuring traditional cultures of various ethnic communities was also held. To mark the fourth anniversary of the promulgation of the new constitution through the historic Constituent Assembly (CA), various programs are being held across the country.

Four years have passed since Nepal introduced its new constitution through the historic Constituent Assembly on Sept. 20, 2015.
