The 74-kilometer line that originates from Aaptari-based New Bharatpur Substation in Bharatpur Metropolis-11 in Chitwan ends at the Bardaghat Substation of Nawalparasi ( Bardaghat-Susta East)

The infrastructure has the capacity of transmission of up to 1,000 megawatts of electricity. Initially, it will be operated partially (132-kV).
