KATHMANDU, Oct 30: Dipendra Singh Airee, a prominent Nepali cricketer, is facing the unfortunate possibility of missing all the Asian qualifiers for the T20 World Cup.
Airee sustained a leg injury during a practice session before the match against Singapore on Monday. Consequently, Bibek Yadav was selected to replace him in the playing 11 for the match against Singapore.

Immediately following the injury, Airee was rushed to Medicity Hospital for medical treatment. He later returned to the Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground in Kirtipur, his leg bandaged, and needing crutches for support.
Airee is known for his impressive performance across all three facets of the game: batting, bowling, and fielding.
Following an 8-wicket victory over Singapore in their opening match, Nepal are gearing up to face Malaysia tomorrow at 1:30 PM.
