CTEVT affiliations to over 100 schools

KATHMANDU, Aug 14: The government has decided to grant affiliation to over 100 government schools and academies to run the technical and vocational courses.

A meeting held at the Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) on Monday under the chairmanship of Minister for Education, Science and Technology Giriraj Mani Pokharel decided to issue such affiliation to 95 schools and eight constituent colleges. 


According to the decision, the affiliation of three-year CTEVT diploma courses will be granted to 95 schools to operate classes from the current fiscal year if they meet the infrastructural among other requirements. 



Similarly, eight other technical colleges will also be issued affiliation if they meet the requirements.
