Dabur Nepal, ICIMOD to partner

KATHMANDU, Sept 25: Dabur Nepal Pvt Ltd and International Center for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to contribute toward sustainable mountain development through responsible business practices.

KATHMANDU, Sept 25: Dabur Nepal Pvt Ltd and International Center for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to contribute toward sustainable mountain development through responsible business practices.

Issuing a statement, Dabur Nepal said that the partnership has an objective of meaningful collaboration on areas of mutual interests through a principle of partnership based on synergy, equity, mutual trust, and transparency.


According to the statement, David Molden, Director General of ICIMOD and H S Bedi, Business Head, SAARC, of Dabur Nepal, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations. “The MoU focuses on various components like partnership  and regional cooperation, livelihood component covers livelihood option by promotion of bee keeping and medicinal plants agro forestry model, research and innovation, joint activities and projects, capacity building and technology transfer, knowledge development and exchange of information and joint events,” Dabur Nepal added in the statement.
