Speaker Ghimire proposed that the attendance of parliamentarians should be made public on a daily basis. He proposed that the attendance should be made public on a daily basis in order to put an end to the comments that MPs have stopped attending Parliament meetings. The Parliament Secretariat will publish electronic attendance and attendance details through the website.

During the Business Advisory Committee meeting, Speaker Ghimire stated, "With the implementation of this new provision, I hope that tracking the presence and participation of members in the meeting will become easier. Questions have been raised after only one bill was passed last year. I appeal to make the next session fruitful by addressing all those questions. Let's transparently publish our attendance details daily. This is a simple way to address the comments about the presence of honorable members of parliament."

In the past, parliamentary sessions were adjourned multiple times due to a lack of quorum. The new initiative aims to improve transparency and accountability, allowing the public to track the attendance of MPs regularly.
