DC has also decided to instruct the concerned government offices to provide the natural disaster victims with relief items immediately, move the human settlement likely to be affected by such natural disasters to a safer place, activate the committees  entrusted with rescuing and giving relief items to the victims in the concerned districts.

DC has drawn the attention of the concerned authorities to the fact that despite many past commitments to forestall damage  by natural disasters, they did not succeed in preempting or alleviating the negative consequences of these unpleasant events.
