Dhurmus-Suntali Foundation gets Rs 5.5 million for stadium construction

CHITWAN, July 25: Chitwan Chamber of Commerce and Industry has provided Rs 5,555,555 to Gautam Budhha International Cricket Stadium, going to be constructed here by Dhurmus Suntali Foundation.

CHITWAN, July 25: Chitwan Chamber of Commerce and Industry has provided Rs 5,555,555 to Gautam Budhha International Cricket Stadium, going to be constructed here by Dhurmus Suntali Foundation.


President of Chitwan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sahan Lal Pradhan,today handed over the check amounting to Rs 5,555,555 to Foundation Chair Sitaram Kattel (Dhurmus). President Pradhan said that they would increase the financial assistance to Rs 10 million.

Earlier, the Chitwan Chamber of Commerce and Industry had announced to provide Rs 10 million support for the stadium construction. On the occasion, Chairperson of District Cricket Association, Kailash Pradhan, handed over the cheque worth Rs 255,555 to Chair Kattel. Similarly, Thapaliya Brothers and Suppliers located in the district has announced to provide necessary sanitary materials for the stadium.


Receiving the support, Chair Kattel said that he was very excited due to increasing financial support for the construction of the stadium. The Gautam Budhha International Cricket Stadium is going to be constructed at Bharatpur Metropolitan City-15.
