Disgruntled parties will partake in Sep 18 election, says PM Deuba

KATHMANDU, June 28: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has cast his vote in his home district Dadeldhura.

KATHMANDU, June 28: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has cast his vote in his home district Dadeldhura.


Deuba cast his vote at Asigram Secondary School polling center located at Ruwakhola in Ward-1 of Ganyap Dhura Rural Municipality.

Talking to journalists after casting his vote, Deuba said that people are taking part in the election with gusto.


He also expressed the hope that people will also participate in the third-phase local level elections slated for September 18  in Province 2 with similar enthusiasm.


“People will caste their votes in the third-phase local level elections like today”, said Deuba. He added, “Distruntled political parties will also participate in the third-phase local elections. I will reach out to them once I return to Kathmandu with a view to bringing them on board the elections”.
