DOLPA, Nov 9: Candidates of the remote district Dolpa are busy canvassing voters in the upcoming elections to the House of Representatives and State Assemblies. 




With the elections coming to the threshold, candidates from all political parties including Nepali Congress, CPN-UML and CPN (Maoist Centre) have intensified their election campaigns.

The left alliance of the CPN-UML and CPN-MC is putting all-out efforts in the election campaign. Nanda Singh Budha of CPN-UML from the alliance is busy in the campaign in his province constituency-1. Now he has sped up his voter door-to-door visit campaign. 




Nepali Congress is equally strong in the constituency. Begam Singh Thakuri has been fielded from NC. He is also canvassing voters to secure victory from the constituency. 




NC presence is also strong here since the party candidate was defeated with a small margin of votes in the mayoral post of Thulibheri municipality during the local election. 




NC has intensified the election campaign in Dolpa taking learning from the bitter experience of internal feud. RSS
