KATHMANDU, Jan 31: DP Dhakal Dhakal has been appointed as the Chief Political Advisor to the Chief Minister of Bagmati Province Shalikram Jamkattel.
A provincial cabinet meeting held on Tuesday morning decided to appoint Dhakal, who is also a central member of the CPN (Maoist Center) and a member of the party's Finance and Planning Department, as an adviser to Chief Minister Jamkattel.
