KATHMANDU, Aug 1: Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Purna Bahadur Khadka has directed the Nepali Army (NA) to make its aviation service further credible and service-orientated.

He urged the NA officials to focus more on public service by making its aviation wing further credible.
Khadka said that the government has its sincere appreciation to the NA's aviation service since it is offering services to the needy ones amid difficulties in low cost.
DPM Khadka said that Nepali people have always shown their gratitude to the NA pilots and other officials for their persistent dedication in the jobs of rescue operations during the time of disasters.
On the occasion, Khadka said that the government was always ready to encourage the NA human resources working in this sector and provide them with training opportunities and other facilities.
