CHITWAN, Sept 27: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs Bimalendra Nidhi along with other chiefs of security agencies has reached the Ghoptebhir to take stock of the accident site of former Minister for Home Affairs Madhav Ghimire who has been missing after his jeep he was riding fell into the Trishuli river while returning home from Muktinath on Sunday.
Minister for Home Affairs Bimalendra Nidhi along with Inspector General of Nepal Police Upendra Kanta Aryal, Lieutenant General of the Nepal Army Baldevraj Mahat, Inspector General of Armed Police Force Durga Kumar Rai and Chief of National Investment Department (NID) Dilip Regmi has reached the site on Tuesday morning.
The team reached the site via helicopter and has started taking stock of the accident.

According to District Police Office, Chitwan, 85 army officials, 55 armed police force officials and 25 police officials have been deployed in the area.
While returning home from Muktinath, the ill-fated jeep skidded off the road and fell some 300 meters down into the Trishuli River.
In the accident, Ghimire's mother, Chaitya Kumari Ghimire, 80, bodyguard Ram Chandra Karki and a relative Narayan Prasad Kafle went missing in the river after the accident.
