DADELDHURA, Feb 27: One person died and four others sustained injuries in a dry landslide occurred in Nabadurga rural municipality-2 of Dadeldhura district on Thursday.
According to District Police Office, the deceased has been identified as Dammare Luhar, a local construction worker. He died on the spot after being hit by stone and sand that rolled down following the dry landslide while he was working in the construction of a suspension bridge at Amarghat.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Dadhiram Neupane told Republica Online that local residents Patiram Bhatta, 50, Tekbahadur Saud, 66, Shivaraj Bhatta, 45, and Tikaram Bhatta, 70, were injured in the incident.
A team of police from the District Police Office rescued the injured following the incident.
