KATHMANDU, July 17: Tremors of an earthquake with its epicenter at around Darma in Mugu district were felt this morning.
According to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center, Lainchaur, the earthquake measuring 3.9 on the Richter Scale occurred around Darma in Mugu district at 4.40 AM today.

Earlier on July 10, an earthquake had occurred with its epicenter at Tapethok in Taplejung, the eastern hilly district. Of late, Nepal has experienced several minor earthquakes.
Nepal is considered highly vulnerable to earthquakes.
