BAITADI, Dec 16: An eight – year – old girl was crushed to death by a tractor in Achham on Thursday.
The deceased has been identified as Manisha BK of Dhamali – 5, police said. The tractor (Bhe 1 Ta 7502) heading towards Belakhet from Kamal Bazaar rammed the girl, who was walking, at Narkhola area. The girl died on the spot following the incident.

The tractor driver, Dhan Bahadur BK, of Dailekh is absconding while the Area Police Office, Kamal Bazaar has impounded the tractor.
The girl's body has been kept at the Primary Health Center, Kamal Bazaar for a post-mortem examination. Police have launched a search to find the tractor driver. RSS
