Electoral alliance will be based on need: Minister Karki

INARUWA, March 26: Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, has said that electoral alliances will be formed for the local-level elections on the basis of need and justification.

INARUWA, March 26: Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, has said that electoral alliances will be formed for the local-level elections on the basis of need and justification. 


Minister Karki shared that there would be friendly competition in many places and alliances would be made at such places as per the need.

Also the spokesperson for the government, Minister Karki said, “An alliance will be made on the basis of necessity and justification based on the suggestions of the friends by correcting the past weaknesses." 


Saying politics without development would not transform the country and society, he opined, "Development, construction, good governance and guarantee of rule of law are the need of the country. The five-party alliance was formed for the same."


Karki urged all to be confident that the local-level election would be held on the stipulated date in a peaceful and fearless manner.
