Vice presidential election: Ex-PMs cast their votes

KATHMANDU, March 17: Former prime ministers Sher Bahadur Deuba, the president of the Nepali Congress, and Madhav Kumar Nepal, the chairman of CPN (Unified Socialist), have cast their votes under the election to the vice president.

KATHMANDU, March 17: Former prime ministers Sher Bahadur Deuba, the president of the Nepali Congress, and Madhav Kumar Nepal, the chairman of CPN (Unified Socialist), have cast their votes under the election to the vice president. 


The voting under the election is underway at the Federal Parliament Building-based polling centers from 10:00AM today.

Till this afternoon, 212 members of the federal parliament and 383 provincial assembly members had cast their votes. The voting will conclude at 3:00PM today.
