The exhibition 'Exploring Bhaktapur' is on display at Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Bhaktapur. The exhibition kicked off on Friday. This exhibition is the result of group of artists who came together for ‘Saturday Plein Air Workshop’ that was held in Bhaktapur.
Sunil Prajapati, Mayor of Bhaktapur Municipality inaugurated the exhibition. The water color painting depicted realistic artworkshowcasing social life, culture, ancient civilization, architecture and more of Bhaktapur in their paintings.

The workshop in Bhaktapur was conducted for 11 times on Saturdays which aimed in promotion and protection of historically important places and for the 16th edition Bhaktapur was chosen for the same .
The areas that are featured in the artworks are Dattatreya, Naagpokhari, Chhuma Ganesh Chochhen, Kamalbinayak, Hanumat Ghat, Bramhayani, Chhipun Ghat, Taumadhi, Navadurga Gaachhen among others.
The exhibition continues till Sunday.
