Eye Care Centre, Gaighat, begins ambulance service

UDAYPUR, Nov 22: Eye Care Centre at Triyuga Municipality-2, Gaighat, has started providing ambulance service.

UDAYPUR, Nov 22: Eye Care Centre at Triyuga Municipality-2, Gaighat, has started providing ambulance service. 



Organising a programme at the Eye Care Centre on Monday, the Centre operated the service from the ambulance provided by Indian government on the occasion of 70th Republic Day. 



Centre Chairman Bhagwat Rawat said that the ambulance service would be provided to eye patients as well as to other patients. 



He said that they are going to provide 10 per cent discount on ambulance charge to Dalits. Chief guest and senior citizen of Trigyga Municipality, Ratna Bahadur Pariyar, 95, inaugurated the ambulance service. 



The Eye Care Centre, established as a sub-branch of Sagarmatha Chaudhary Eye Hospital seven year ago, has been providing eye treatment service to people of Udaypur, Khotang, Solu and Okhaldhunga. RSS
