Next Step fitness centre is owned by three ladies who were trained in Singapore. They even hold international group exercise and fitness certificates which go to show know how seriously they take fitness. They say that they are the first club opened by an all female team, all the staff excluding the trainer are female. They have an imported single station equipments, and cardio machines and steam as well. They have aerobics, zumba, aqua fitness, step aerobics, pump, circuit intervals and Bollywood dance classes. They even conduct salsa classes, Muay Thai classes, MMA fitness clasess and b-boying classes as well. They also have fitness tests to measure body fat, and everyone is made aware of their BMI so that the members are aware of the type of physical training they require to bring out desired results. They even provide aerobics instructor course and fitness leader and personal trainer course. Personal training is conducted by internationally certified instructors. They biggest event they run is, ‘the annual zumba party and DJ dance’ in which 500-750 people participate from all over the country. This year the event is taking place in hotel Annapurna on April 1, 2017 and a crowd of at least 700 people is being expected to attend.
