Flights resume at PRIA after four-day closure

KATHMANDU, May 2: Flights at Pokhara Regional International Airport (PRIA) resumed after a four-day closure due to low visibility caused by haze.

KATHMANDU, May 2: Flights at Pokhara Regional International Airport (PRIA) resumed after a four-day closure due to low visibility caused by haze.


Dipendra Kumar Karna, information officer of Buddha Air, said that the flights which had been obstructed for the past four days are now operating regularly.

“There were no flights at PRIA for the past four days due to visibility issues. Today, flights resumed as visibility improved. Out of those four days, there were no flights for two days, while the other two days saw only partial operation,” said Karna.
