FNCCI, CNI extend Workers' Day greetings

KATHMANDU, April 30: Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) and Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) have extended best wishes to all laborers on the occasion of International Workers' Day.

KATHMANDU, April 30: Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) and Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) have extended best wishes to all laborers on the occasion of International Workers' Day.



Issuing a statement, FNCCI President Bhawani Rana said that the Workers' Day was equally important for laborers and employers alike.



“Improved relations between employer and laborer have fostered confidence among industrialists. This is important for investment promotion and job creation,” she added.



Similarly, CNI, in its statement, has underlined the need for building a civilized and prosperous society and a dignity for labor and promotion in job creation.



CNI also has said that improved employer-labor relationship should enable for dignity in labor, skill development of the laborers and growth in productivity.
