The chicken served is boneless, and the Sichuan pepper inclusion provides a peppery zing to every bite. Also, the rich spice amalgamation suggests of an Indian influence in the dish. The chefs say that the food flaunts maximum flavor when it’s fresh off the stove.

According to the chef, “Chicken Shredded is our special food. It is budget friendly and popular among customers. However, it’s not suggested to those who don’t prefer spicy food.”

The proportion is ideal for a single diner. A quick word of advice though: don’t go by the smell and appearance of the food if you’re a used to having funny tummy as the aftermath of a spicy meal. Also, you might want to chew a mint after the meal comprising Odaan’s Chicken Shredded.
