KATHMANDU, Nov 8: Chandra Prasad Dhakal, the Acting President of the Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, has requested prospective investors to invest in Nepal as there are good returns on foreign investment in Nepal.

Dhakal, the Acting President of the FNCCI, requested for the foreign investment during a meeting held at the secretariat of the federation between a three-member delegation led by Lee Sang-gun, a member of the upper house of the National Assembly of Korea, who visited Nepal on Monday.

“The private sector is constantly disconcerting the government about bringing foreign investment to Nepal. Accordingly, the important laws related to foreign investment have also been amended," Dhakal said. "Since there is a strong possibility of getting huge returns by investing in Nepal, we expect great support from the delegation in expanding Korean investment. There are great opportunities for investment in all sectors in Nepal.”
