Foreign Minister to offer five ornaments in Ram Mandir in Ayodhya

JANAKPURDHAM, Feb 24: Foreign Minister NP Saud, who is in New Delhi to participate in the Raisina Dialogue, is visiting Ram Temple in Ayodhya to offer five types of ornaments.

JANAKPURDHAM, Feb 24: Foreign Minister NP Saud, who is in New Delhi to participate in the Raisina Dialogue, is visiting Ram Temple in Ayodhya to offer five types of ornaments.


Foreign Minister Saud is scheduled to reach Ayodhya in a special flight from Delhi at 11 AM today. There is a program to welcome him at the Maharishi Valmiki International Airport in Ayodhya by the ministers of the Uttar Pradesh government.


From the airport, he will reach Lord Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple. He is scheduled to visit Ram Temple. Minister Saud will be the first Nepali government representative to visit the newly-inaugurated Ram Temple in Ayodhya.

There is a program to welcome Minister Saud in the temple courtyard along with general secretary Champat Rai of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. The Trust has informed that during the visit, the chief priest will perform a special worship.


After visiting the temple, Foreign Minister Saud will offer five types of special ornaments to the statue of Lord Ram on behalf of the Nepali people. The silver ornaments include bows, maces and ornaments.


The foreign minister is scheduled to participate in the evening aarati at Saryu Ghat on Saturday evening. Along with this, he also has a special program of worshiping at the Hanumangardhi temple in Ayodhya.
