KATHMANDU, March 11: Former Commissioner of the Election Commission, Birendra Prasad Mishra, has released a book titled 'Stranded Nepal-India Relations'.


A philosophy professor, Mishra has written the book mentioning the different dimensions of the two countries.

Mishra held a discussion program on Sunday while releasing the book.


Former ambassadors Jayaraj Acharya and Durgeshman Singh and former speaker Damannath Dhungana discussed the book in the program.
