RASUWA, Aug 28: Fresh landslide hitting the Dhunche-Syafrubesi route along the Pasang Lhamu Highway near the Trishuli River last night has blocked the highway for people's movement as well.

According to the Road Division Office, works to clear the landslide rubble are underway and a safe passage has been opened for the movement of people. The highway has remained closed since August 17 due to landslide.
The locals have complained that works to resume the highway remained unfinished as the division office had been working on with limited human resources. The closure of the highway has so far caused the revenue loss of over Rs 800 million, it is said. RSS
