Speaking at an interaction program on Tuesday, he said the state government was facing the crisis of employees though it had been already completed one and a half years since its formation. According to him, at least 3,500 employees are required to undertake the development endeavors in the state, but it has just 500 employees for general works in 10 districts of the state. As he said, the state government has already apprised the Public Service Commission about the issue.

Chief Minister Shahi added that many studies and research projects faced obstruction due to lack of employees and technical human resources and only 40 percent of the total budget (nine billion) could be spent in the last fiscal year.
