KATHMANDU, Jan 29: A German national was found dead inside the room of Grintara Heritage and Apartment in Lalitpur.
57-year-old Adelhed Dora Schneckenberger, who had been living in Nepal for two years, was found dead on Monday, according to the District Police Rane, Lalitpur.

Superintendent of Police (SP) Nabaraj Karki of Lalitpur Police Range said that the deceased was injured in the head. It looks like she had a head injury. At present, a team of forensic doctors is studying," he said. "The cause of death has not been clearly revealed."
According to the police, it was seen that the deceased was living in the apartment after coming to Nepal. Apart from this, the police said that the deceased was operating Aatmayog resort at Namo Buddha in Kavre. "It seems that she visited Lalitpur and stayed there from time to time" SP Karki said.
Police said that the deceased was also found to be suffering from kidney disease. She was also undergoing regular dialysis.
