KATHMANDU, July 26: A girl who was found unconscious at the Sunlight Guest House in Gwarko, Lalitpur Metropolitan City-7, has died despite medical efforts. She was found in a critical condition on Friday morning.
Chief of Lalitpur police, Superintendent of Police (SP) Naresh Raj Subedi reported that the girl arrived at the guest house on Wednesday with a young man from Dukuchhap, Godawari Municipality-8, who lives in Satdobato. The girl collapsed early Friday morning and was rushed to B&B Hospital, where she was pronounced dead during treatment.

The young man who accompanied her also experienced breathing difficulties. He is also currently receiving treatment at B&B Hospital under police supervision.
SP Subedi stated that an investigation into the incident is underway.
