Gold price increases by Rs 1,600 per tola

KATHMANDU, July 4: The  price of gold has increased by Rs 1,600 per tola in the domestic market on Thursday.

KATHMANDU, July 4: The  price of gold has increased by Rs 1,600 per tola in the domestic market on Thursday.


According to the Federations of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations (FENEGOSIDA), fine gold is being traded at Rs 144,300 per tola on Thursday, increasing from Rs 142,700 per tola on Wednesday.

Similarly, the price of standard gold is fixed at Rs 143,600 per tola today. It was traded at Rs 142,000 on Wednesday.


Meanwhile, the price of silver has increased by Rs 40 per tola. The price of silver is fixed at Rs 1,865 per tola on Thursday, marking an increase from Rs 1,825 per tola on Wednesday.
