Gold price surged by Rs 5,400 per tola last week

KATHMANDU, Oct 21: The price of gold in the domestic market increased by Rs 5,400 per tola last week. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations (FENEGOSIDA), the price of gold increased by 5,400 per tola by Friday of this week compared to the rate set on Friday of previous week.

KATHMANDU, Oct 21: The price of gold in the domestic market increased by Rs 5,400 per tola last week. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations (FENEGOSIDA), the price of gold increased by 5,400 per tola by Friday of this week compared to the rate set on Friday of previous week.

On Friday of last week, the price of fine gold was Rs 110,100 per tola. Similarly, the price of standard gold was Rs 109,550 per tola. On Friday of this week, fine gold price remained at Rs 115,500 per tola and price of standard gold was Rs 114, 950 per tola.


Similarly, the price of silver increased by Rs 55 per tola this week. According to the FENEGOSIDA, the price of silver last week was Rs 1,345 rupees per tola, which was fixed at Rs 1,400 per tola by the end of this week.
