KATHMANDU, April 6: Deepak Bahadur Singh, a member of parliament (MP) from the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has said that the government has failed to do anything for the Nepalis who have returned from abroad with mutilations.
MP Singh said this while speaking in the meeting of the House of Representatives on Thursday.
