Migrant can lodge their complaint through phone, email and social media applications such as viber, what's app and IMO among others.

The complaints would be forwarded to the department concerned for further processing. Migrants can lodge their complaints or seek service by dialing toll free numbers 1141 or 16600150005 or 9771597008.
