Home ministry instructs subordinate offices to withdraw unauthorized security within 48 hours

KATHMANDU, Dec 27: The Ministry of Home Affairs has instructed its subordinate offices to withdraw the security personnel and assistants provided in an unauthorized way to the currently serving as well as retired high-ranking officials that are against the rules.

KATHMANDU, Dec 27: The Ministry of Home Affairs has instructed its subordinate offices to withdraw the security personnel and assistants provided in an unauthorized way to the currently serving as well as retired high-ranking officials that are against the rules.


The ministry has instructed its subordinate offices to withdraw such security personnel within the next 48 hours.

In a statement released on Tuesday, the ministry said that the Government of Nepal has issued the Security Management Procedure , 2077 for VIPs and if they have taken this service contrary to the procedure, they have instructed the subordinate security agencies to withdraw them within the next 48 hours.
