House collapsed in Bhaktapur due to incessant rain

BHAKTAPUR, Aug 8: In Changunarayan Municipality-1 Samthali Ganesh Temple area of Bhaktapur, a house collapsed on Tuesday morning due to incessant rain. A tin-roofed four storey temporary house made of brick and cement of Bidur KC, 35, from Dolakha Bhinpa Ward-5, broke down due to flood. Superintended of Police (SP) Prajit KC of Police Range, Bhaktapur, said that there was no human causalities in the incident.

SP KC said that a team of four people including Sub-Inspector Shamser Bahadur Shrestha from the temporary police post Besi, Duwakot and a team of 10 people from the Armed Police Force, Duwakot has been deployed in the site.
