KATHMANDU, July 13: The meeting of Legislature-Parliament slated for 11 am on Wednesday morning has been postponed till 3 pm.
The Parliament Secretariat pasted a message saying that the meeting has been postponed due to a ‘special reason’.
The parliament was scheduled to endorse the fiscal budget today. But, the political parties have been sharply divided after the CPN (Moist Center) withdrew its support to the current government.
The CPN (Moist Center) has decided to halt the endorsement of the budget unless Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli resigns, while Nepali Congress (NC) is preparing to file a no-confidence motion against the Prime Minister.
