 According to the latest reports, filmmaker Farah Khan has locked in on the lead actor who will play the role that Amitabh Bachchan essayed in the film. The makers were in search of an actor who would command the same screen presence as Big B. Reports suggest Farah has discussed the idea with Hrithik Roshan who has given a verbal nod to the filmmaker.


The film revolves around the story of seven brothers. Farah reportedly reworked on the script to suit to the current time.


Earlier, names of Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar were doing the rounds however the team zeroed in on Hrithik because they wanted an actor who is not too old or too young for the film. They wanted someone in their 40s who had to look the eldest of all the brothers but still not too old for marriage. The makers plan to make an official announcement soon.
