KATHMANDU, Nov 13: Hindu devotees across Kathmandu and Tarai districts have offered arghya to the setting sun on the third day of Chhath festival on Tuesday. Since early Tuesday, the devotees took a holy bath and offered Thekuwa, Kasaar and other food delicious food items to the setting sun. It will conclude by worshiping and offering arghya to the rising sun on Wednesday, wishing for prosperity, happiness, wellbeing and long life of the family members.
