KATHMANDU, Sept 19: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli said that rather than questioning whether federalism was right or wrong, more attention needed to be diverted towards implementing federalism and making it a success. Oli said so during his address to mark the Constitution Day from the Army Pavilion, Tudikhel.
He said that actions, and not discussions would show whether the federal system would be a success or not. He added that the government would not allow any unlawful activities under the disguise of politics. "We must head towards development and prosperity, and everyone must play their parts responsibly."

He said that the constitution had addressed revolting and dissenting voices and built base for development. "Prosperity and Development isn't anyone's name. It is our goal," Oli said. He also criticized groups that were accusing minimum achievements of the government.
