KATHMANDU, Sept 1: A demonstration was held in Kathmandu demanding justice for the victims of loan sharking.
The demonstration was also attended by farmers and laborers who suffered at the hands of loan sharks.

In the demonstration, farmers participated along with their plows. They organized a protest rally from Maitighar in Kathmandu to the Prime Minister's residence in Baluwatar.
According to them, the government has failed to provide justice to them even though they were homeless due to loan sharking.
