To ease the visiting Prime Minister’s travel, five helipads and a mini ICU has been set up, according to Sishir Paudel, chief district officer of Mustang.  He added that all preparations had been completed to welcome Modi.

Under the leadership of chairperson of Mustang, representatives from political parties and local governments will welcome Modi.

Citing security reasons, the district has closed the temple and its periphery from 4 am today to 12 pm tomorrow. Likewise, to ease tourists and their movements, a foot trail has been opened via Chong, Chongu, Kagbeni and Jomsom.
