How different countries feel about transgender rights

Spain was named the top country in terms of agreement with transgender rights in a new survey. Compiled by Ipsos for Buzzfeed, it found that Spain scored strongest, followed by Sweden and Canada. Russia is at the very opposite end of the scale with most people disagreeing with transgender rights. Thirty six percent of Russians said they would not like to have a transgender neighbour.  



This chart shows the level of agreement with transgender rights in selected countries.
