Jokh Bahadur Mahara elected as provincial assembly member from Rolpa ‘A’

ROLPA, Nov 23: The CPN (Maoist Center) candidate Jokh Bahadur Mahara has been elected as the provincial assembly member from Rolpa ‘A’. He defeated the CPN-UML candidate Kamal Bahadur Budhathoki with a wide margin.

ROLPA, Nov 23: The CPN (Maoist Center) candidate Jokh Bahadur Mahara has been elected as the provincial assembly member from Rolpa ‘A’. He defeated the CPN-UML candidate Kamal Bahadur Budhathoki with a wide margin.


Mahara got 19,425 votes while his closest rival Budhathoki got 5,450 votes. The EC is yet to make a formal announcement to this effect.
