JSP executive committee meeting today to pick party's ministerial candidates

KATHMANDU, March  30: The Central Executive Committee meeting of Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) is being held today. The meeting being held at the party central office in Chyasal is expected to finalize the names of the new ministers from the party.

KATHMANDU, March  30: The Central Executive Committee meeting of Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) is being held today. The meeting being held at the party central office in Chyasal is expected to finalize the names of the new ministers from the party.


According to the leader of the party, Rakam Chemjong, the list of new ministers is being finalized at the party meeting.

An agreement has been made that JSP will get two ministries as part of a power-sharing deal. According to sources, JSP will get the Ministry of Urban Development and one another ministry.


Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has expedited preparations for the cabinet expansion today. Prime Minister Dahal has now gone to Chitwan after holding discussions with the leaders of the coalition partners in the morning.


Sources at Dahal's Secretariat said that Dahal is preparing to expand the cabinet by finalizing the names from the ruling coalition parties after his return from Chitwan.
