Justin Bieber fans rejoice. The ‘Sorry’ and ‘What Do You Mean’ singer is all set to be the voice of 'Cupid' in the animated film. And the first look is already out. The film, directed by Pete Candeland, is by Scooter Braun and David Maisel’s newly formed Mythos Studios. The first look shows the title character sitting on the ledge of a cliff, fiddling with an arrow and deep in thought.

Braun said that Bieber was excited and happy to be a part of the project and immediately came on board when he was offered it. He cheekily added that given Justin’s vibrant love history, he was perfect for the voice-over.

Apart from giving the voice-over, the singer is also one of the executive producers along with Braun. In the past, the two had collaborated on a documentary ‘Never Say Never’. Pete Candeland serves as director.

Justin is currently taking a break from music as he focuses on his mental health. The singer, who tied the knot with Hailey Bieber (for the second time) earlier this year, has admitted to battling mental health problems. Justin and Hailey had a quiet courthouse ceremony in September last year and a traditional wedding ceremony in front of close friends and family this year.
