Kedia Organization, Authorized Trade Union provide relief support to disaster-hit people

KATHMANDU, July 24: Authorized Trade Union, an umbrella trade union of civil servants in Nepal, has provided Rs one million as relief support to the landslides and flood-hit people.

KATHMANDU, July 24: Authorized Trade Union, an umbrella trade union of civil servants in Nepal, has provided Rs one million as relief support to the landslides and flood-hit people.


Representatives from the ATU handed over a check of Rs one million to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli today as relief support to flood victims.


According to Punya Prasad Dhakal, President of the Trade Union, they have donated the money to Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund.

Earlier, the Kedia Organization had donated Rs 1.5 million via Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund.


PM Oli has expressed his gratitude to both the organizations for providing support to the disaster-hit people.


Death toll from various disasters in Nepal has climbed to 195, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
