Khloe Kardashian is expecting her second child with ex-Tristan Thompson via surrogate. They welcomed their first baby, a daughter, True, in 2018.
Its rep confirmed to a popular American magazine that the child was conceived in November. "We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November," the rep told the magazine.
Khloe is happy and wants to focus on her family for the time being.
While they are having a baby, Khloe and Tristan are not back together. Their relationship has been on and off since 2016.

Apparently, the decision to have a baby via surrogate was taken last year before Khloe or others knew about Tristan having a baby with someone else in December.
Tristan is also dad to son Prince, who is 5-year-old, with ex Jordan Craig.
Last year, Khloe hinted at her desire to have a baby via surrogacy while talking to her sister Kim Kardashian in an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
She shared that the doctors had warned her that her second pregnancy would be a 'high risk' one.
"They said it's like an 80-something percent chance that I will miscarry. I almost miscarried with True at the beginning. But I didn't know that was like a lingering thing," she said.
"This is all really shocking to me...All I'm trying to do is bring more love into my life and into my family, and I just seem to be running into more and more roadblocks. It's really hard for me to digest," she added.
