KATHMANDU, June 21: International Yoga Day is being celebrated by organizing various programs and conducting yoga asanas across the globe.
It is celebrated on 21 June since its inception in 2015.

It is being celebrated in Nepal, too. People from children to adults this morning flocked to Shiva Yog Sadhana Kendra Nepal and demonstrated various Yog asanas to mark International Yoga Day.
Shiva Yog Sadhana Kendra, which is located at Madyapur Thimi, Bhatgaon, internalizes the benefits of yoga practice, taking it to the kids who are the gems of our existence.
Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice originated in Bharat or India.
An international day for yoga was declared unanimously by the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) three years ago.
